Hina and Simon first met at church in 2010 and quickly realized they loved sharing dating and relationship stories (everything from what not to wear on a third date to theories of attraction).
Soon, their friendship progressed to something deeper...a match making relationship, of course! In 2012, they started hosting speed dating events for singles.

Simon is one of those weird people who was born and raised in Vancouver. By day, Simon is a mild mannered scientist, but by night, he's cooking Indian food, performing improv, and lifting iron slabs in his gym/man cave.
During his high school and undergrad years, Simon was so awkward, it wasn't even funny. He regrets not entering the dating scene sooner, but once he did, he certainly made the most of it.
In 2014, Simon added a new hobby to his life...being a husband. Don't worry, he has his wife's permission to be a 'wing man' to his clients.
Hina has a passion for organizing and hosting social events to bring people together. Through this passion, she realized the need to start hosting speed dating events because she knew a lot of people who were wasting time and money on online dating. What's the point of spending weeks chatting with someone online only to find your complete lack of chemistry when you finally meet?
So she thought, why not host my own speed dating events where people meet face to face right from the start and then take it from there to see if there is anything more? She hosted her first speed dating event by herself in 2012 and it was a big hit! However, she soon realized she needed a little help and that's when she asked Simon to join her.
